New year. New strategic acquisition.
We’re proud to announce that we have acquired the British plate freezer company Freezertech Ltd. The acquisition will enhance our competitiveness in the market and improve the service level for our British customers.
The agreement to take over Freezertech Ltd. from Carsoe is effective from December 31st, 2023. We share a long history and great cooperation with Carsoe, and we look forward to continuing our good working relationship in 2024 and for a long time to come.
