The Cleaning In Place (C.I.P) system is designed for a wide range of Dantech machinery and significantly reduces the overall manpower involved in cleaning and maintaining Dantech food equipment.
The C.I.P system is a high pressure, low volume water usage system with automatic chemical dosing. The system does not re-circulate the water used, to eliminate the possibility of recontamination and therefore all water is passed to the drain.
The system takes the factory supply of water (both hot and cold) and doses the correct chemicals as appropriate. Then, if required, unloads it into the cleaning nozzles, which are strategically placed inside the cabinet of Dantech machinery.
Both the belt cleaning and the C.I.P. System can operate simultaneously, in order to save time when cleaning.
